It’s a delicate dance keeping sight of the bigger picture while paying attention to the small steps along the way.  The details do matter, as they add up to become the greater whole.  Developing the ability to periodically step back from specific tasks and check in with our larger plan helps us stay on track.

It’s impossible to be prepared for everything before it occurs.  Staying open to new situations, approaches and perspectives creates a fertile ground for learning and growth to take place.
